Amy L. Salmon, 34 of East Fallowfield, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at her home.
Born in Upper Darby, she was the daughter of Craig Salmon and Beverlee Biggins Salmon, both of Ruskin, Fla.
Amy was a 1995 graduate of East High School, where she was a cheerleader. She then graduated with a bachelor's degree in science from Elon College in North Carolina where she was a member of the Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity.
Amy was a lover of nature and passionate about the environment. She also enjoyed collecting antiques.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Megan Barnett of Honey Brook; and partner, Rob Burdette of East Fallowfield.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home Inc., 410 N. Church St., West Chester, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Delaware Valley Chapter, 30 S. 17th St., Suite 800, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
