Chase E. Kolstad, age 25 of Winona, died Thursday, September 15, 2011.
Chase Edward was born October 1, 1985 in Winona. Chase lived and attended school in Winona and Buffalo City as a child. He had spent time working at McDonalds and Benchmark. Chase was a loving father, son, nephew, and grandson. He is loved by family and friends who are left with holes in the hearts but with memories in which to fill them.
He is survived by his daughter Sophia Marie Taylor, Winona; mother Kelly (Jeff) Laak, Winona; maternal grandparents Mike and Judy Kolstad, Winona; uncle Eddie (Jenny) Kolstad, Winona and cousin Kayla Marie Kolstad.
Services to remember Chase will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Central Lutheran Church, Winona with Rev. Michelle Rem officiating. Interment will be at Kickapoo United Cemetery, Crawford County, WI.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 20 at Fawcett-Junker Funeral Home, Winona and beginning at 9:00 AM Wednesday at church. There will be a prayer service at 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Casket bearers will be Jeff Laak, Eddie Kolstad, Brandon Cieminski, Chad Westby, Doug Kolstad, Lee Kulas, Tom Berg, and David Kolstad
