Rock Musician. Talented as a guitarist, songwriter, and publisher, his fame came early on in his career as one of the members of the Rock and Roll group, "The Champs." He was the man who uttered that famous phrase, "Te-quila!" He wrote many songs in the Country Music genre. His two most memorable are, "16 Lovin' Ounces To The Pound" and "Dallas Champagne." Traveling throughout the United States, he played his music from the White House, to the stages of Las Vegas.
