Mr. Patrick F. Bailey was the 2nd husband of Esta Lee Cottrill (Clevenger). The couple made their home with her parents Curtis and Anna Mae Hill COTTRILL.

BAILEY, PATRICK F.
Patrick Fleming Bailey, 93, of Parkersburg, died Thursday, May 2,
1996, at Worthington Manor Care Center, Parkersburg.
He was born in Calhoun County, a son of the late James H. and Hattie
M. McKee Bailey. He retired from Viscose, Parkersburg, after 39 years
of service. He was an honorary Kentucky Colonel. He was a member of
Stephenson Memorial United Church, Parkersburg, where he was the
oldest male member.
Surviving are his wife, Esta Cottrill Clevenger Bailey; one son,
Walter Judd Bailey of Torrance, Calif.; two stepsons, Ward Clevenger
and Hobart Clevenger, both of Parkersburg; one step-daughter, Patty
Clevenger Depue of Parkersburg; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-
grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one stepson, Eugene Clevenger; two
sisters; and four brothers.
Services were held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with
Rev. William Haynes and Rev. Richard Cottrill officiating. Burial was
in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Parkersburg.
