He always had a friendly "hidy" for everyone he met and appreciated company more than anyone, and it was always "come back. We enjoyed you so much." Funeral Services Held At Shady Grove Today For Edward Sylvanus Hall - 65 --

Funeral services for Edward Sylvanus Hall, 65, farmer of the Shady Grove community, were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Shady Grove Methodist Church. The Rev. Jerry McGehee and the Rev. John Bloodworth officiated, and burial was in Shady Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Hall died early Wednesday morning in the Lincoln County Hospital.

A native of Franklin County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Fate and Rilda Davis Hall. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ina Mae Bryant Hall; four daughters, Mrs. Marvin Syler of Lincoln County, Mrs. Diemer Thompson of Fayetteville, Mrs. Thomas Riley of Flintville, and Mrs. James Moorehead of Elora; five sons, Ernest F. Hall of Dayton, Ohio, Gilbert Hall of Gary, Indiana, R. D. Hall of Fayetteville, Edward Hall of Huntsville, Alabama, and Ronnie Hall of Huntland; six half-sisters, Mrs. Jim Crowell, Mrs. Claud Carter, Mrs. R. L. Walker, Mrs. Ruth Arnold, Mrs. Herbert Arnold, and Mrs. Gladys Jones, all of Lincoln County.
