Harry Benjamin Rivers, 46, for the past 10 years a resident of Klamath Falls, Oregon, died at Kesterson Mill Thursday night.

Rivers served in the World War, Co. A, 59th Infantry, Fourth Div. and was wounded in the Argonne forest. He was an active member of the Pelican Post #1333, of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Funeral services under the auspices of the ogranization on Saturday at 2:30 o'clock from the chapel of the Wards Funeral Home. Remains will be forwarded to Visalia, California where funeral services will be held.

Two brothers, Roy and B. Rivers of Fresno; two sisters, Mrs. T. Black of Oakland and Mrs. J.T. Brewer of Visalia survive.

All members of the Fraternal Order of Elks are asked to attend the service Saturday.
