MADISON — Joseph L. Gonzagowski
age 73 of 3813 Clover Lane died
Thursday September 1, 1977 at a local
hospital after a long illness. He was born
on July 4,1904 in Adams County and has
lived in Madison for the past 20 years.
Mr. Gonzagowski was a Chief Rate
Clerk for the Chicago and Northwestern
Railroad for 46 years, retiring In 1969.
He was' married to the former Myrtle
Anderson of Elroy on May 1, 1940. He
was member of St. Dennis Catholic
Church and it's Holy Name Society, the
Veterans of Chicago and Northwestern
Railroad and also the Railway Clerks
Union. Survivors include his wife; a son,
Bruce L.; a daughter-in -law Pat from
Baraboo; a daughter, Katherine at
home; a brother, Frank Gonzagowski of
Baraboo; a sister, Mrs. Sophia Lobby of
Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be
held at ST. DENNIS CATHOLIC
CHURCH, 400 Dempsey Rd. at 10 a.m.
on Saturday September 3, Father
Joseph C. Niglis officiating. Burial will
be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends
may call from 4 to 9 p.m. on Friday
September 2 at GUNDERSON
FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr.

at 7:30pm
