Funeral services for Mrs. Jeanette Ainsworth Golie will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011, at 10:00a.m. at First Baptist Church in Jewett. Bro. James Engle and Bro. Baron Harris will officiate. Interment will follow the services at New Hope Cemetery near Lake Limestone.
Visitation will be held on Thursday with the family present from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Golie passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2011, at her residence in Jewett.
She is survived by two daughters, Denice Golie of Hewitt and Lynette Welch of Corpus Christi; six grandchildren, Stephani Golie, Jennifer Allen, Jimmy Lomax & wife Misti, Daniel Lomax, Abbie Berns, and Jace Welch; four great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Nunley, Maverick Jaeger, Landon Lomax, and Dayten Lomax; one brother, James Ainsworth & wife Mary of Concord; three sisters, Dorothy Sills of Conroe, Juanita Broker of Albany, Georgia, and Winnie Jefferson of Jewett; two special nieces & nephew, Jamie Watson,Connie Spence,Beverly Jones, & Craig Jefferson along with numerous other loving nieces & nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Golie was preceded in death by her parents, Jimbo & Lillie Mae Ainsworth; one daughter, Gail Golie; one brother, Duane Ainsworth; two sisters, Maudie Hughes and Juanita Griffin; and three brother-in-laws, M. P. Sills, Bob Broker, & Odell
