Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Lay Minister Gary Wachtel officiating. Burial will be in Dundas Cemetery.
Mr. Collyard was born on September 25, 1953, in Chicago, the son of Charles and Charlotte (Harvey) Collyard. He married Debbie Muchmann on June 14, 1986, in Maywood. She survives.
He was a fork lift driver at Orion Sales in Olney. He was a member of Olney Eagles, Moose, and Sons of American Legion.
Mr. Collyard is survived by his wife, Debbie Collyard, of Dundas; four children, Laura Green and her husband, Ron, of Olney, and Lesley, Lindsey and Frankie Collyard, all at home; a brother, Charles Collyard and his wife, Sue, of Hipping, Minn.; and two sisters, Rosemary Clark,of Chicago, and Charlotte Collyard of Dundas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
