Dorothy Achuff to Wed
Standards of white flowers and palms will decorate the parlor of the University Methodist Church as a setting for the Informal wedding of Miss Dorothy Elizabeth Achuff, and Herbert Lloyd Kelley, Jr at 5 o'clock today. The Rev. Dr. John Caskey will officiate.
The bride, who is the daughter of Mrs. W. D. Achuff, 7365 Delmar boulevard, will be given in marriage by her brother, George W. Achuff. and will wear a powder blue silk dress with a short accordion pleated skirt. Her hat is to be two tones of flowers, trimmed with a pale blue veil. She is to have as her attendants Miss Virginia Herron and Miss Janet Hourn. who are to be dressed alike in dusty pink dresses and flower hats. Mr. Kelley. the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Lloyd Kelley, 6632 Kingsbury boulevard, is to be attended by his brother. Richard, as best man. Ushers are to be Carl Gissler, Frederick Grover, and Charles and W. Dick Achuff, brothers of the bride.
A dinner for the families is to follow at Missouri Athletic Association. The bridal pair having postponed their honeymoon until the summer, will take a short trip after which they will make their home at Nevada, Mo. Mr. Kelley is a graduate of the law school at Washington University.
