Mass will be at 9:30 am Saturday in Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for Margaret D. Haynes.
Mrs. Haynes died of causes related to age Wednesday in a Portland care center. She was 83.
Mrs. Haynes was born Feb 5, 1910, in St. Andrew, Scotland. Her maiden name was Stewart. She moved to Canada in 1930 and came to the United States in 1942. She married Robert Haynes of Chicago in Las Cruces, N.M., around 1946. Mrs Haynes was a homemaker. Her husband died in 1992.
Survivors include her sister, a son, and three grandchildren.
Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery.
The family suggests remembrances be contribution to Holy Redeemer School.
