Elizabeth Acker's Heirs to Elizabeth Ackers Admrs.
Know all men by these Present that Catharine Shitz Elizabeth Brubaker Fanny Wenger Susanna Acker Sarah Acker by guardian Christian Shitz and Harriet Acker by her guardian John Stehman children and heirs of Elizabeth Acker late of the Township of Rapho in the County of Lancaster and the state of Pennsylvania decd who died intestate do hereby acknowledge that we have this day had and received of and from Henry S. Acker and Samuel N. Brubaker Administrators of the Estate of the said Elizabeth Acker decd the sum of three hundred and seventy four dollars and twenty two cents each in full satisfaction and payment of all such sum or sums of money share or shares purports and dividends which were due owing payable and belonging to us by any means whatsoever for or on account of four full shares parts or dividends of the real and personal estate of the said Elizabeth Acker decd.
And therefore we the said Catharine Shitz Elizabeth Brubaker Fanny Wenger Susanna Stehman do by these presents remise release quitclaim and forever discharge the said Henry S. Archer and Samuel N. Brubaker their heirs executors and administrators of and from the said accounts reckonings claims and demand whatsoever for or by reason thereof of of anyother act matter cause or thing whatsoever relating thereto concerning the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 16th day of Aug. A.D. 1866.
