Singer and Juliette Taylor, born in Lewis County, Kentucky about 1857. He and his wife are enumerated with them on the 1885 census in Sumner. By 1900 the family was living in Boise where his occupation is noted as day laborer, in 1910 as a miner. The notice of his death stated he had been a resident for 32 years, coming from Steele City, Nebraska which is a village in Jefferson County. He died at a local hospital Saturday night and was survived by his wife and three daughters.
