Armstrong -- William W. Armstrong, 76, died Thursday at an out-of-town hospital. He was the son of John and Margaret Armstrong, old settlers of Green Bay. Survivors include his three brothers, Henry and John of this city and James, Chicago, also a large number of nieces and nephews. The body is at the Findelsen-Breiser chapel where funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Burial will be in Woodlawn.
