Thomas F. Hejduk Jr.
MIDWAY - Thomas Frank Hejduk
Jr., 70, died Wednesday at St. Joseph's
Hospital in Savannah.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and
lived in this area 43 years. He was a
member of First Baptist Church of Bluffton,
S.C., and a veteran of the U.S. Navy
who served in England during World War
II. He was a member of the American Legion.
He was an electronics technician,
who worked with Coastal TV Sales and
Service on Hilton Head Island, S.C., for
many years.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Ruth Chaplin
Hejduk of Midway; a son, Joseph R. Shuman
of Meldrim; four daughters, Ruth
Burgstiner of Savannah, Tracy Kessler of
The Dalles, Ore., Dot Moss of Midway
and Diane Skovran of Warren, Ohio; two
sisters, Annie Dossa of Cleveland, Ohio,
and Josephine Seconish of Parma, Ohio;
eight grandchildren, three great-grand
children and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hubert
C. Baker Funeral Home.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Friday at Hubert
C. Baker Funeral Home chapel, burial in
Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim.
