illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary Eleane Adair of Zwolle; three sons, Robert D. Adair of Zwolle, and John D. Adair, and Jack L. Adair, both of Many; two brothers, J. M. Adair of Zwolle, and L. C. Adair of Kinder, and four grandsons.
Funeral services were held at the Bethsadia Baptist Church on Friday, September 1, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Willis Greer, and the Rev. Percy Tibbitts officiating. Masonic graveside services were also conducted at the Bayou Scie Cemetery, with burial under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
