Mrs. Parman was retired from the Clyde Austin 4-H Camp.
She was a member of Cedar Creek Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Parman was the widow of Fred K. Parman, her husband of 58 years.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Judy and Donald Dean Miller of Greene County and Jean and Phillip Ottinger of Lenoir City; three sons and two daughters-in-law: Larry and Marjorie Parman, Dale and JoAnn Parman, and Lynn Parman, all of Greene County; 10 grandchildren: Joy Myers, Chris Miller, Brett Parman, April Brooks, Kim Parman, Jaime Parman, Kendall Parman, Nathan Ottinger, Keith Ottinger, and Grace Ottinger; four great-grandchildren: Chad Higginbotham, Jessica Myers, Jacob Brooks, and Hunter Parman; two brothers and three sisters-in-law: David "Sam" and Kathleen Collins, Ed and Ruby Collins, and Demetra Collins; several nieces and nephews; and special caregivers: Libby Woods and Jewel Guinn.
She was a daughter of the late Elmer and Grace Humphreys Collins and was preceded in death by a brother: Jerry Collins.
The family received friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Kiser Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Kiser Funeral Chapel with interment in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. The Rev. Steve Hux and the Rev. Lynn Neas will officiate.
Active pallbearers will be Lynn Parman, Brett Parman, Kendall Parman, Chris Miller, Nathan Ottinger, Keith Ottinger, Chad Higginbotham, and Ronald Humphreys.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joe B. Seaton, Andy Seals, Leonard Waddell, friends, and neighbors.
