WALTER L. ANKROM, 49, of 16 Maple Terrace, died yesterday at his home of a heart attack.
A resident of Charleston for 20 years, he was employed by the West Virginia Gas Corporation.
His only relative is a sister, Mrs. J. A. Murphy of Columbus, Ohio.
Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Owen and Barth mortuary chapel. The Rev. Alfred Bennett will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
