John A Arnett, 88, of 516 NW 6, retired city real estate man, died Wednesday night in his home. Born in Tennessee, Arnett grew up in Lebanon, KY. He was a member of the Guthrie Masonic consistory, Royal Arch chapter 91, Scottish Rite Club, Myrtle Lodge AF&AM, Order of Eastern Star and the Methodist church. His widow and a daughter, Mrs Margaret Stone, of Kansas City, are the only survivors. Masonic Rose de Croix rites will be 9 am Friday at the Capitol Hill funeral home. Funeral will be 2 pm Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Rose Hill.
