Dies At 68
Filer-G.Allen Jewett, 68
701 Union St. Filer, died Thurs-
day afternoon in a Blackfoot
hospital of a long illness.
He was born Dec. 13, 1898,
in Missoula, Mont, and spent
his boyhood in Boise. He farm-
ed in the Three Creek area
and was married Nov.7, 1921, to
May Katherine Conway in Twin Falls.
She died Feb,24 of this year.
The couple had resided in Filer
since 1951.
Funeral services for Mr Jewett will be conducted
at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Twin Falls Mortuary
Chapel by the Rev. Glen Parish.Last rites will
be held in Sunset Memorial Park. The family
suggests memorials to the Idaho Youth Ranch, Rupert.
