Mrs. Street moved to Graham in 1952. She was the principal owner of Twin Montana Oil Company and Echo Production, Inc. She was involved in the community serving with the Hospital Auxiliary, Bethel Day Care, CLSC and the United Methodist Women.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Survivors: daughter - Anne Skipper; son - Glenn Street; two grandchildren.

Her mother died -in 1936, she was raised by Earl Roach

Robert Roach raised her after her mother's death in 1936, she and her brother George Earl Chitwood Jr., were raised by their grandparents.
