Derek Wade Moore, 30 of Cunningham, passed away at 3:04 p.m. Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Derek was a member of Mayfield Creek Baptist Church and a member of the Laborers Local 1214.
He is survived by one daughter Kendall Lynn Moore; one son Kameron Wade Moore; his parents Gary Lynn and Danita Ann Hoskins Moore; one sister Tosha Moore Arnold of Benton; one brother Dylan Trey Moore of Cunningham; maternal grandmother Wanda Hoskins of Bardwell; paternal grandmother Janice Moore Gard of Mayfield; and great grandmother Juanita Cargill of Bardwell.
Derek was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather R.L. Moore; and his maternal grandfather David Hoskins Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 30, 2011 at the Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Rev. Terry Norris officiating. Burial will follow in the Cunningham Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 5:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
