Moses was the son of Lewis Albright & his wife, Margaret Ellen Rudolph.
Moses was married 4 times: first to Mary Virginia Harper on 12 April 1899; 2nd on 19 March 1915 to Etta Alice Virginia Butts Shipper (daughter of Henry Samuel Butts & his wife, Sarah Jane Shade); 3rd ca 1927 to Mae Barker (daughter of William Marshall Barker & his wife, Ada Virginia Stotler); 4th between 1931 & 1933 to Mary (maiden name unknown at this time)
Moses & Mary Harper had 5 children: Maxwell Lee, Pauline Virginia, Margaret Madelyn, Clarence Moses & Hammond Lewis. He had 1 child with Mae Barker: Patricia Mae.

Original note by Fred Sanford:
Moses, an engineer, died at the throttle of a steam-powered locomotive passenger train going from from Cumberland, Md. and heading into Washington, D.C. Somewhere in the Maryland countryside, in the middle of the night, he died from a heart ailment. 'Mose' as he was known had been a railroad man for well over 40 years, starting as a teen up until the day he died. His years included stints with freight and passenger trains. The legacy of Moses Albright is a tribute to a long bygone era - a 'romance of the rails' so to speak. His wake was held in the living room of his small house and his wife Mary took great care to pack his hat, bandana, and overalls into his work trunk if only to preserve his memory. His old steam locomotive may be long gone but its memory sure isn't. Just grab any young kid and watch an episode of Thomas the tank engine. Ole Mose is probably still out there somewhere driving that steam engine in the cold night air and if you really listen, you might hear a faint steam whistle...
Note: the above information was gleaned from several newspapers but mostly in the Washington Post.
