Anthony V. Sinicropi PhD, 72, died July 31, 2003 in Rancho Mirage, CA. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 5 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in La Quinta, CA with burial at St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Allegheny, NY.
Anthony was born March 30, 1931 in Olean, NY and served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was a professor emeritus for the University of Iowa and was also an arbitrator for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret G. Sinicropi; daughters, Christine Antoine of Glendale, CA, Angela Marie Sinicropi of San Francisco, CA, and Annette Marie Sinicropi of Shakopee, MN; sons, Stephen Sinicropi of Greenville, SC, Anthony J. Sinicropi of N. Hollywodd, CA and Joseph Sinicropi of Sherman Oaks, CA; and six grandchildren.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at FitzHenry Funeral Home in Indio, CA with a Rosary at 6 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Lucy Curci Cancer Center at Eisenhower Memorial Hospital, 39000 Bob Hope Dr. in Rancho Mirage, CA 92270
