A Neosho man involved in a weekend traffic accident that claimed two lives has been arraigned on a manslaughter charge...Adams was charged after Charles Pruden, 30, suffered fatal injuries, and his brother, Gary, 33, died in a fiery rearend crash Sunday afternoon at U. S. Highway 60 and 71 at the south edge of Neosho.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred when a Jeep driven by Charles Pruden was hit from behind by a pickup truck driven by Adams. The Jeep's gasoline tank exploded and Charles Pruden died in the fire, while Gary died later in the Hillcrest Burn Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma....
