ALFONS WOYTHAL, 60, of 319 Liberty St., died unexpected yesterday noon at General Electric Co. where he was employed in the refrigeration department.
A native of Syracuse, he was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and a member of Holy Name society.
Surviving are his wife, Hedwig Jaconska Woythal; two sons, Thomas and Robert Woythal; four sisters, Sister Mary Gabriel of Buffalo, Miss Ella and Miss Clara Woythal, both of Syracuse; and Mrs. Margaret Soyka of Hollywood, Fla., two brothers, Frank of Split Rock and Michael of Syracuse, two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Giminski Funeral Home, 1320 W. Genesee St., 8:45 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church where a solemn high Mass of requiem will be celebrated.
Burial will be in Sacred Heart cemetery. Members of the Holy Name Society will recite the Rosary at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and Tuesday.
