Barton S. Martin, sixty-six, Bowmansville, died in the Reading Community General Hospital Thursday at 8:55 p.m. after a short illness. Born near Gordonville, a son of the late David and Maria Sauder Martin, he was a retired farmer and was a member of the Bowmansville Mennonite Church. Surviving are his wife, Emma Zimmerman Martin, and these children: Eva, wife of Ivan Bowman, Ephrata RD; Barbara, at home; Luke, Ephrata R2; Paul and Maria, wife of Mark Musser, both of Mohnton R2; and Nora, at home; also 17 grandchildren, three brothers and one sister, Wayne, Goodville; David, Stowe; Peter, East Earl R1; and Leah, wife of Israel Brendle, Goodville.
