Amos U. Elliot, aged 73 years, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Sadie Ford, 11 Indiana Ave. SW, Sunday afternoon. Surviving are one son, Lloyd of Grand Rapids, two daughters, Dorothy Elliot of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Pearl Nolan of Washington, and two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Ford of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Phebe McMurray of Alton, MO. The body was removed to the Berton A. Spring funeral parlors. Funeral services will be held at their chapel Tuesday at 2 p.m.. Interment in Fair Plains Cemetery.
