Morris Cecil Tooley, age 84, of Tompkinsville, passed away Monday, October 3, 2011 at his home.
He was born December 5, 1926 in Monroe County, KY to the late Albert Tooley and Beaulah Holland Tooley. He departed this life on Monday, October 3, 2011 at his home. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Kingdom Hill Church of Christ.
He is survived by three sons: Larry, Cecil and Ricky Tooley all of Tompkinsville, two daughters: Bessie Griffith of Montgomery, AL, Betty Tooley of Baltimore, MD, one brother: Joe Lewis Tooley of Tompkinsville, four sisters: Dana Burrell and Panqueta Tooley both of Tompkinsville, Irene Kirk of Bowling Green, Florence Archey of Indianapolis, IN, 3 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife: Janet Sue Dunn Tooley, two sons: Phillip and Randy Tooley, three brothers: Richard, Guy and Max Tooley, five sisters: Wilma Shirley, Ova Kirk, Eva Douglas, Nannie Lee Tooley and Willa Dean Tooley.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Fountain Run Cemetery in Fountain Run, KY.
