Verna Hewitt, 87, of Weiner, AR., passed away Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by six sons; five daughters; a sister; forty-one grandchildren; over 100 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Hewitt; two daughters; three brothers and eight sisters.
A graveside service was held at the Johnson Cemetery in Cash under the direction of Gregg-Weston Funeral Home of Harrisburg.
