William "Billy" T. Ready, 76, was a native of Allendale and the son of the late Fletcher M. and Sarah Williams Ready Sr. He was a U.S. Army veteran, a retired construction worker and attended Mt. Arnon Baptist Church. "Red Eye," as he was known by his many friends, enjoyed fishing, hunting and, most of all, telling stories about his life experiences.
Survivors include many friends, nieces and nephews.
