Patton: Saturday morning at 10:15 O'Clock Feb 08 1930 at his home 5 miles from Goodlettsville, at Bakers. Samual David Patton, age 70 Years. Survived by his wife Mrs. Callie Amanda King Patton; Son James Forrest Patton, daughters Misses Ora L. and Myra Patton, Brothers Lee J. Patton and Thomas A. Patton of Nashville, Francis E. Patton of Edonwold. Funeral servives will Conducted by at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church at (Goodlettsville, this Sunday) afternoon at 2:00 O'Clock by Rev. J. E. Powers assisted by Rev W.S. Marshall, and Pastors of the other Goodlettsville Churchs. The following wil serve as Pallbearers. Active- P.G. Williamson, H. I. Martin, H.S. Freeman, C.H. McGeo, E.T. Cunningham, Roy Patton, B.B. Cunningham, and H.R. Drake. Honorary: Marvin Padgett, T.D. Reed, M. Draper,Sr., John Tinnin, E.E. Grizzard, T.L. Drake, E.C. Drake, M.M. Pike, T.H. Mayfield, Will Coggins, F.M. McQuistian, J.B.
