Mrs. Ida L. (Fleck) Stetson, 86, widow of Edward E. Stetson died Thursday at her home, 91 Washington Avenue, Somerset. She was born in Nova Scotia, the daughter of the late James and the late Letitia (Bates) Fleck.


She was a member of the Congregational Christian Church of Somerset and of the Ladies Aid Society there. She was also cofounder and first matron of the Star of Bethlehem Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. Somerset, and had been honorary president for the past several years.


Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Herbert Grime of Somerset, two grandchildren, five great-grand-children, and three sisters, Mrs. Leon Chandler. Somerset; and Mrs. Homer Fisher and Mrs. Jesse Sharples, both of Nova Scotia.


Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 in the Hathaway Home for Funerals. Interment will be in Gibbs Cemetery, Somerset.
