OSAGE BEACH - Clifford E. "Gene" Sharp, 67, Osage Beach, died June 29, 1991, at the home. He was born in Humboldt, Kan., and lived in Lexington, Kan., for 34 years. He moved to Osage Beach in 1972. Mr. Sharp owned S & S Drywall Co. in Osage Beach from 1972 to 1983. Earlier he worked 13 years for the U.S. Postal Service in Lexington. He was a Marine veteran of World War II and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Lexington. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge, the Elks Lodge and the Lions Club, all in Lexington. Survivors include his wife, Adaline Sellon Sharp of the home; a son, Russell D. Sharp, Linn Creek, Mo ., a daughter, Darlene Sharp Zeller, Camdenton, Mo ., his stepmother, Margaret Gray, Lexington; a sister, Rub y Cooper, Edinburg, Texas; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lexington Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Allee-Reed Chapel, Camdenton. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Dream Factory.
