Marshall Rhea Bobbitt, age 75, passed away on October 4, 2011. Marshall was born June 15, 1936 in Dallas, Texas to Marshall D. ("Bob") Bobbitt and Margaret Loomis Bobbitt. He was raised in University Park, graduated High-land Park High School and SMU. Marshall was a long-time, prominent homebuilder of custom homes. He later went into the oil and gas business. Marshall lived a number of years in Honolulu, Hawaii and later moved to Lanai, Hawaii. After retirement, he returned to Dallas. He is survived by daughter, Lisa Georgalis and Elia (son-in-law), three grandchildren Anna, Athen and Ava, sister Bettye Bobbitt Tiffany and brother-in-law James Tiffany. He also leaves several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Rest in peace, dear Marshall, we love you and will miss you. Graveside services will be held at Restland Funeral Home Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 2:00PM.
