A World wide leader in the Education of the retarded people
of the world.
Started in the 1950's as a Special Education Teacher , lead
to the founding of the Dr. Gertrude Barber Center who has
hundreds of outstanding stories of it's clients over the
years.
In the Spring of this year (2003) a new addition was added
to her School and it is now known as the " Barber World-wide
Institute.
Dr. Barber known to Royalty and Presidents but loved by the
Children she cared for the most- the cleints at the Barber
Center.
Ladies like Dr. Barber are few and far between.
Died suddenly while on a trip to Flordia.
