Services are 3 p.m. Tuesday at George M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park.
Visitation is 2-3 p.m. Tuesday.
Elsie Mae Florea married Ralph Nott in 1940 in Palmyra, Mo. He preceded her in death. She married Robert Delmater in 1960 in Iowa City.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Frances Bel-lomy, Greenfield, Ind., Edith Lambirth, Des Moines, Mary Gaal, Muscatine, and Ruby Murphy, Eldora; sons, Clyde Nott, Emminence, Mo., James, Charles and Floyd Nott, all of Muscatine, Jack Nott, Waverly, and Mike Delmater, Muscatine; 37 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Margaret Gramke, Quincy, Ill.
She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Darelene Haller.
