Jerry graduated from Central High School class of 1952 Lonaconing. He was formerly employed by the U.S. Postal Service and was owner of the Gulf Service Station in Midland until 1984.
He was a former member of the Midland Fire Department and attended Grace Methodist Church, Midland.
When Jerry died, he was survived by his wife/widow Martha Lee (Chappell) Clise; one son and one daughter, at home. He had one sister, Mrs. Norma Webster, Myrtle Beach,S.C.; 2 brothers both of Midland.
Services were conducted at the Grace Methodist Church, Midland, Saturday at 1pm by the Rev. Taugher. The body was taken to the church at 1 pm.
Friends were received at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, Lonaconing, Md.
He and Martha were married 04 May 1963 in the First Methodist Church of Barton, Allegany County, Maryland.
Jerry is buried in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Moscow, Allegany County, Maryland.
