Carla C. Shillington
Carla C. Shillington, 71, of 612 Fairway Drive, Bloomington, was found dead at 9:23 a.m. Wednesday at her home. William Anderson, McClean County coroner, conducted an investigation and ordered an autopsy. Death was due to natural causes, a spokeswoman in Anderson's office said.
A private graveside service will be scheduled at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Antioch.
There will be no visitation. Carmody Funeral Home, Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Shillington was born April 16, 1910, in St. Louis, Mo., a daughter of Carl and Ethel Graves Clingman. She married William R. Shillington, who died June 12, 1978.
Surviving are a daughter, Carla Trova., St. Louis; and a son, Ronald. Snohomish, Wash.
Mrs. Shillington was vice president-secretary of the former Linden-Empire Co., a real estate firm.
