Mrs. Phoebe Ackley, 71 years old, widow of John Ackley, died at 4:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home, 308 West First Street. Surviving are two sons, Garret Ackley & John Ackley; a dau., Mrs. George Williams, of Louisville, and 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The body was removed to the home of her son, Garret, 211 West Market Street . . . burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
