A service will begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Bettie Gene "B.G." Castrey, 69, who died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, in Vancouver.
Mrs. Castrey was an alcohol and drug counselor for Clark County from 1987 to 1993. She retired in 1994.
She was born Nov. 8, 1930, in Camas and lived in Clark County all her life.
She is survived by one daughter, Wendy G. Nichelson of Vancouver; one son, Gale A. Anderson of Washougal; two sisters, DeDe Deadmore of Washougal and Ida M. Stevens of Vancouver; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. There will be a gathering at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Blue Door, 17011 1/42 Broadway.
