Mrs Elizabeth P Steele, widow of W O Steele, who was President of the All-Star Manufacturing Company, died yesterday in a private sanitarium after a lengthy illness.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by H M Patterson & Son.
Mrs Steele was born in Wellsbinne, Ohio, and had lived in Atlanta for 40 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are two brothers, Charles L Parmalee, of Atlanta, and F J Parmalee, of Miami, Fla; a niece, Mrs Wlter Spivey, and a nephew, Maddox Parmalee, both of Atlanta.
