He was born April 3, 1914 near Kiowa. He received his schooling at Kiowa and Pittsburg and was employed as body and fender man for the Eastern Cheverolet Company here for nine years.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Madie Moore of the home address; two daughters, Charlene Moore and Shirley Ann Moore, both of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Lenola Webb of Bakersfield, Calif., and Mrs. Viola Robertson of Wilder, Idaho; and a brother, James Moore of Kiowa.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Humphrey Funeral Home. Melvin Vaughn, minister of the Church of Christ will officiate.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be W.C. Hood, Creek Butler, Luther Pace, Sam Grubbs, Clyde Barnett, and Leon Tinker."
