William McKinley Webb, 65, died in a McAlester hospital after an extended illness. He was born in Bucksville, Kentucky on March 5,1899. He came to Indianola in 1911 and was a member of the Baptist Church. He married the former Alma Culpepper, Aug 27,1919 at Indianola.
Survivors include his wife, Alma, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Richards, Memphis, Tenn; his mother, Mrs. Mary Webb, of Miami; two brothers, Charlie E. Webb of McAlester and George Webb, Arvin, California. Five sisters, Mrs. Alice Pratt of Miami, Mrs. Beulah McClure and Mrs. Earnest Beshears, both of Tulare, California, Madie Moore and Thelma Durning, both of McAlester; and four grandchildren.
Burial was under direction of Mills-Humphrey Funeral Home.
