Services for Mrs Adline Abbey, 86 of Columbiaville were Monday at the Columbiaville Methodist Church. The Rev Clare Patton officiated. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mrs Abbey died Friday at Suncrest hospital after a long illness.
She was born in Detroit May 22, 1879, the daughter of Anthony Ducharme. She lived most of her life in the Columbiaville area. Her husband James died in 1955.
Survivors include 2 sons Charles, Lapeer, and Anthony, Gwinn Mich; 5 daughters, Pearl Walker, Mrs Edna Brown and Mrs Freida Bullis, Lapeer, Mrs Dorothy Park, Columbiaville, and Mrs Marion Stratton, Flint a sister, Mrs Frieda Kerr, Royal Oak; 33 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren an 2 great great grandchildren.
