Lucy had two sisters:
1 Ruth Swindall Rector buried at Delhart Va near Galax and 2 Elizabeth aka Betsy Swindall buried in Va.

Lucy had two sons with an unknown father: Calvin and John Swindall. Both served in the Cayuse wars in Washington Territory after going west around 1854.
Capt.
Calvin W. died in Wash. territory in 1861 of typhoid.
John returned home to marry Mahala Dixon and return to Coos Bay Oregon area.

Lucy married Dr. Stephen Landreth Jr.
They had three children:
James Columbus m. Cathany Phipps,
Issac W. Landreth m. Elizabeth aka Betty Long
Martha Jane m. John Andrew Phipps.

Issac was a Civil War Vet and 1 of only 4 survivors of the Gettysburg Pickett's Charge for Ashe County NC Jeff Davis Mountaineers Co A.

James was also a CW veteran.
