Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday from Kistler Funeral Home by Rev. W.S. Jones, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Quick was born in Marlboro County and spent most of his life in Darlington County.
Survivors include his widow, Pearl G. Quick; seven sons, Tommy of Walnut Cove, N.C., Marshall A. of Ashboro, N.C., Leroy of the U.S. Army, Roger of Florence, and S.C., F.L. Jr., and Robert Quick of Darlington; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Q. Freeman and Mrs. Doris Q. Hawkins of Ashboro, N.C.; three half-brothers and three half-sisters and 18 grandchildren.
