William Frayne Adkins, 69, of West Chester, died Saturday, February 4, 2006. Born in Winfield, TN on October 1, 1936 to William and Golda E. (nee Duncan) Adkins, he attended Cumberland College and married his beloved wife Vera on February 7, 1959. Mr. Adkins was active with the Junior Achievement Group in Cincinnati during his career with Williamson Heating & Cooling, retiring in 1990 after 32 years as an engineer. Survivors include his wife, Vera (nee Bishop) Adkins, one son, William Jefferson Adkins of Memphis, TN, two daughters, Kimberly Walker of Cincinnati and Darlene Adkins of West Chester, one brother, Dwayne Sherwood Adkins of Artemus, KY, and six grandchildren, Brittany E. Cummins, Alexander J. Cummins, Austin T. Walker, William J. Adkins Jr., Henry M. Adkins and Matthew W. Adkins. The visitation will be Monday, February 6th, 6-8 P.M., and Tuesday, February 7th, 1-2 P.M., with the funeral service immediately following at 2 P.M., all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow.
