William P. Siler was a great friend of mine. We met in 1977 at Wayne Community College, Goldsboro, North Carolina where Bill was the Dean of Student Services. He was always kind, considerate and concerned. Bill was like a Father to me. He had told me that I reminded him of his son Monte. Such an honor. I have missed Bill and I was saddened to learn that he had been called to Heaven. God Bless you Bill!
