Spiritual Leader, Pastor, Teacher. He founded Shiloh Apostolic Temple Church, Inc. April 22, 1948. He attended Temple University, American Bible College, New Era and St. Elvira's Theological Seminary. Married Eula Ringo Doub they had three children Joel, Michael and Daphne whom all involved themselves in ministry. Bishop Doub and the saints produced the "Miracle On Masters Street". The official headquarters of his church organization with the revolving crown on top. On May 4, 1984 the main sanctuary was dedicated making the Temple valued at $2.5 millon and seating 1,500 plus people. There were many miracles and un-explained happenings as the man of God operated in the office of the five-fold ministry. His Philadelphia, Pennsylvinia based church had other churches thru-out the country and retreats in the hills of Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Apartment Complexes, Restaurants and self-help programs all were started by Bishop Doub as he went forward in his quest to raise the standards of the people in the greater metro area. The Shiloh Apostolic Wave Magazine, Radio and Television were used to spread the gospel also. Doub became a popular figure in the Apostolic circuit. He was a Giant in the gospel field who loved Christmas time and just celebrating Jesus. Swimming and Tennis were among his favorites.
